Upon receiving an inquiry, our team will respond within 24-48 hours requesting any additional information, artwork, and project details. Once we’ve assembled this information, we'll provide you with a preliminary quote. If you decide to move forward, we request a 50% deposit. This deposit allows us to dedicate any resources needed to move your project into the design stage.
During design, we'll create detailed shop drawings showing every aspect of your custom signs – dimensions, colors, materials, logos, and installation details, along with proofs of your new signs superimposed on pictures. During this stage, you have the opportunity to make changes as needed to ensure the final product meets your needs. Our team will keep you updated as to any cost impacts resulting from changes to the initial design.
Once the design is approved, your project moves to fabrication. Depending on the scope of your project and the availability of materials, lead times can range anywhere from a couple of days to several weeks. Our team will provide you with this information and schedule a tentative install date. Once your project is fabricated, we'll confirm an install date and time that works for you. Once the project is complete, we'll provide an invoice for the remaining balance due.
